BACKWARD INTEGRATION
COMPOSTING
One of the biggest in the country, our composting unit makes 200 tonnes of compost every day. The compost is made by processing the raw materials via a 4-step procedure that involves mixing, turning and 2 levels of pasteurization.
SPAWNING
PRODUCTION
Our 1st generation seeds or spawns are imported from Netherlands. To start the process of growth, the spawn is first mixed with our compost in our in-house labs, to form a spawned compost bed.
GROWTH
The spawned compost bed is then applied with imported casing soil, which results into the growth of mushrooms. This is done in our 50 environment controlled rooms to provide suitable conditions to the crop all throughout the year, irrespective of the season or the climactic conditions. The high-quality casing soil lets the crop be consistently dirt-free and white.
At Manegrow, our spotless white and delicious mushrooms are grown as three variants.
HARVEST & DISPATCH

HARVEST
Efficient and hygienic harvesting is practised. Same size mushrooms are packed together, while maintaining their freshness. Harvested Mushrooms are packed and dispatched within 2 hours of placing of an order.
POST HARVEST STORAGE & PROCESSING
Our farm houses state-of-the-art cooling chambers for storage and for keeping the produce fresh. Separate assembly line for the produce further ensures better hygiene and freshness. We also have a canning facility where mushrooms can be processed, packed and dispatched as canned goods.
At Manegrow, an unhindered supply of compost is vital, which further requires a constant supply of raw materials. We ensure it by tying up with a number of poultries and farmers for an uninterrupted
supply of chicken manure and wheat straw. We also have our own chicken farm within the facility to meet our high chicken manure demands.
