Exclusive association with farmers for buying the produce grown on their farms, offering better-than market rates.

Under this model, we provide Manegrow seeds, compost, spawn and any required support to farmers. With this, once they start growing their own produce, we buy their yield, thus ensuring a regular income source and price security for them. The objective is to make them independent producers and suppliers within 2 years.

An in-house 5-acre model farm is utilised to host farmers for studying, learning and applying our methods, and further replicating in their own farms.

We’ve generated employment for 2000+ personnel at the farm and many more with contract farming initiatives. And through knowledge sharing, we also aim at enhancing their quality of life.
